Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In-Store Return Policy
Unworn and unused items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Tags must be attached and receipt must be present.
**All artwork and fine jewelry is final sale. No refunds.**
Online Return Policy
All sales final. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions regarding a purchase.
Any defective or damaged items can be returned for replacement, repair or store credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you wish to make an exchange please contact us and ship back the original item purchased.
Our standard shipping service is FedEx Ground. For almost all Home Deliveries there is a surcharge applied to our service, which is reflected in the $12 standard pricing we offer. We understand that this creates a slightly higher shipping cost than USPS, but due to the uncertainty of the USPS service presently, we feel that reliability is of significant importance.
Due to fulfillment stemming from multiple locations at certain times, it has occasionally occured that customers have been double charged for shipping. If you think this has happened to you, please let us know and we will be happy to refund you the difference, or alternatively we can provide you a personalized discount code to offset the charge.

Our expedited shipping service also uses FedEx, this will ensure your package is sent via FedEx 2-day-air. The increased charge is reflective of the expedited shipping charges for this service.
