Established in 2021, Square One Contemporary is a hybrid luxury store and art gallery located in the lobby of the 5-star Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. Square One Contemporary offers an array of select artworks and products from artists/artisans of all backgrounds and nationalities dedicated to their craft. The vision is to highlight the amazing wealth of artistic talent based out of Los Angeles as well as other regions around the world.

 

Founder, Audrey decided to launch this unique concept from working in the Interior Design industry and Art Gallery world for over 6 years. After developing lasting personal relationships with her artisans and artists over the years; she desired to highlight their talents and represent them exclusively in Santa Monica at the stunning Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel.

Our location lends itself to an experience, unlike any other gallery. At Square One you can peruse our curated selection of original artworks from local and internationally renowned artists, artisan fine jewelry and unique products in a world-class hotel with iconic views of the Santa Monica Pier.
